"Beautiful villa in a nice quiet town. The house is great to stay near the sea. The location is perfect for small hikes and sightseeing. Also, 15 minutes by car there is a spot which is very popular for its kite- and windsurfing conditions. The owners are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this villa!!"

Who we are

Meet Suljo & Vera

We are Suljo and Vera. In our teenage years we visited Loviste a lot (think of the 80's) and we loved it then and we even love it more nowadays. We are happy we could show this beautiful place to our own kids, who are happy we did :)!

We wanted Villa Vera with the idea in mind that it represents the southern part of Croatia and fits right into Loviste. For that reason half of the house is covered in stones that come from Montenegro. While building the house we tried to do everything locally and in a sustainable way.

It took us 5 years to build the house. As we did not want to rush it but work slowly and precisely.

We are very happy and proud of how it turned out, and we hope you enjoy the luxury that comes with the house. Relax by the poolside or at the sea, we hope you enjoy Loviste and fall in love with it just like we did.

Frequently Asked Questions

The nightly rate depends on the season and availability, it starts from €450. During high season (June, July, August) it is higher. Please contact us or check the booking page for the latest pricing.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for all bookings.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

The house has all the basic utilities you need to have a good time while on vacation. There are also 2 bicycles, 2 SUPs and 2 kayaks that you can use whenever you want.

Check-in is from 15:00 onwards. Check-out is at 10:00 in the morning.

If you book directly through us, you can get a cheaper price than on any booking website. For weekly and monthly stays, we can also discuss the price!

There is a small supermarket in town. For bigger groceries we recommend going to Orebić — they have bigger supermarkets.

There is a small beach where you can swim about 100m away from the house.
